What life coaching really is (you'll be surprised!)

If you’re kinda into the idea of having a life coach - but don’t really understand what life coaching is…you’re not alone!

Life coaching gets such a bad rap you guys.

And I get it - I used to think you had to come with a clear goal - and your life coach would tell you exaclty what to do.

Nope.

I reached out to some of my clients this week to ask them what they want you to know about coaching….

Here’s what they said:

Is that what you expected?

So many of my clients struggle with the same things, we cover topics such as:

  • time management

  • over-thinking

  • perfectionism

  • people pleasing

  • money mindset

  • procrastination

  • relationships

  • health/wellness and more

The biggest misconception I see when people first come to life coachign?

That they have to have a clear goal or plan they want to work on.

NOPE! You can literally come to coaching and say “ok I just feel like something is missing and I want more but I’m not sure exaclty what?” and I got you. It’s literally my job to help you figure that out.

I think the biggest question to consider with all this is:

What could you do in 2025 with that kind of support?
