Together, we’ll focus on the ICF Core Competencies, personalized feedback, coaching recording review and your development as a coach, using the new framework under the MCS guidelines.

Is Your ACC Renewal Due in 2027?

If your ICF ACC credential expires in 2027, now is a good time to begin planning your mentor coaching.

Your 10 mentor coaching hours must span at least three months. I’m an ICF Mentor Coach Specialist for ACC and PCC-level mentor coaching, and I work 1:1 with coaches preparing for renewal.

How ICF Mentor Coaching for ACC Renewal Works:

  • Submit a short application so I can confirm you’re a fit for the way I mentor.

  • If you’re approved, you’ll receive a link to book into my calendar. I always like to have a quick call to make sure we’re a good fit before we move into agreements.

    If after meeting, we both would like to enter into a mentor coaching agreement, I’ll send over the paperwork and a link to book your 10 sessions.

  • We meet in structured sessions, and we use your real recordings as the foundation for growth. You’ll be able to book your sessions in my calendar (Monday-Thursday).

You’ll want the ACC Renewal - 10 Hour Mentor Coaching Package.

Includes:

10 sessions - 60 minutes each (including recording based mentor coaching with a MCS coach outlined below)

$1750 USD paid in full

or 4 payments of $450 USD ($1800 total)

* sessions must span over a minimum of 3 months to qualify for ICF

And you’ve completed your 7 group mentor hours, you’ll want the ACC Renewal — Required 3 Hours Package.

FAQ

  • The 10 hour mentor coaching package is structured over 4-5 months, typically meeting every other week. If you need to complete your hours in a shorter time frame, please contact me as I can create a different program for you.

    Sessions are 60 minutes.

  • Yes, as of Jan. 1 2027 all mentor coaching will center around recording review. We’ll complete our first session without a recording and create a Development Plan together. Sessions 2 - 9 will each require a submitted recording. Session 10 will be a summary session reflecting on growth and planning next steps.

    I’m happy to help you clarify language in your contract/agreements to make getting permission for these recordings easier.
