A vision board is a beautiful way to create clarity and alignment around your goals.

If you don’t have a vision board - no worries! These would look beautiful framed on a desk, stuck over a mirror or on the back of a door you walk through every day.
Where to Start?
If you haven’t created a vision board before - try it! It’s such a fun exercise to get clear on your vision and purpose - and it looks beautiful displayed in your home office, bedroom or wherever.
Grab a big poster board, cork board, or if you’re fancy - a fabric covered frame and get busy! Pull together photos, pictures and inspiring quotes that really speak to who you want to become.
What to Include?
When you’re putting together your board - ask yourself these two questions:
What do I want?
Why?
That second one is a big one!
The “why” is what will keep you going when things get tough - and they will. So make sure you are crystal clear on why your dream/goal/vision is important to you.
How Can I Use a Vision Board?
Your vision board will be a great source of inspiration, so make sure you place it somewhere you’ll see it regularly! The back of your bedroom door, next to your bed, or on your desk are all great options.
Here are a few different ways you can use a vision board to stay motivated:
Daily check in - Grab your journal and write down exactly what you want EVERY DAY in front of your vision board. Don’t underestimate how powerful re-vising your goal can be! If you’re struggling to remember what goals you set waaay back at the start of the year, this one’s for you :)
Gratitude - practice gratitude by celebrating what you have achieved and also acknowledging you have the potential, capacity and support to keep on pushing.
Include friends! Have a girls night in and create some vision boards together. A little wine, a little cheese and a whole lot of fun! Having a tribe who knows about your vision will keep you accountable, supported and motivated.
Start with the end in mind - your vision board will give you a big picture of what you’re aiming for. So although you might not feel like going for a run in November (who does?!) - that picture of a half-marathon will remind you why you need to push yourself now for a big celebration down the road.
I hope you find these printables helpful, inspiring and beautiful!
